Pauline Evans was born in Somerset England and has lived in London for over 30 years. After graduating from
Portsmouth, she did a MA at Chelsea College of Art. A qualified art teacher, Pauline taught in London for many years.
Since 2010 Pauline has had her studio at the Blackhorse Lane Studios of Barbican Arts Group Trust in Walthamstow,
London E17.
Pauline paints in both oils and acrylics, combines prints with drawing and works in a variety of other media.
Her work, much of which is figurative, is often humorous, sometimes dark.
